What branding services do you offer?

I offer three packages and can create custom packages to fit your needs (please see my 'packages' page) ​

How long will it take to receive a response after submitting my form?

I usually try to respond the same day, but it can take up to 24 hours to receive a response from me monday - friday.

What is the timeline for a project?

the time it takes for each branding package is different. Please inquire so we can chat more about your project!​

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes! every client pays a 50% deposit to reserve their project start date. the other 50% is due when the project is complete.

Do you offer logo design by itself?

I get this question a lot, and the answer is no. A logo is an important part of your brand and it sets the foundation for your brand identity, but you need more!

How many revisions do I get?

Your brand concept and all other brand assets include 3 revisions. There is a $50 fee for every revision after this. A revision is any change to the designs.

What file formats will I receive?

You will receive 4 file formats: ai,  svg,  eps, &  png

Do you order printed material for clients?

No, all printed material is the sole responsibility of the client. Josie noel designs provides all files that the client will need.

How do you primarily communicate with clients?

Our initial conversation will be through a discovery call. The rest of our communication will be through your Notion client portal. If you need to send me a quick message, I'm also available through email.
